In June 2026, TEC and“China Scholars Abroad”（神州学人） jointly launched a cover feature for the China–Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges. Through the perspectives of educators, policymakers, and scholars, the feature showcases TEC’s efforts to facilitate teacher education in Africa.

The feature comprises five articles. Drawing on TEC’s teacher education cooperation projects with African countries in recent years, the series highlights the growing interests among countries including Malawi, Tanzania, and Ghana in learning from China’s experience in teacher education, while portraying the locally grounded development of China–Africa educational integration initiatives.

03. Albert Kissima：Shanghai Mathematics Education for Teacher Development in Tanzania

05. Huang Heping: Listening to Tanzania— Reflections From a Chinese Mathematics Teacher
