Members of the UNESCO Teacher Education Centre (TEC) witnessed on-site in Paris the establishment of the International STEM Education Institute in Shanghai, China. TEC had previously participated in the formulation of the preliminary plan, received multiple delegations of UNESCO officials during their visits to Shanghai, and engaged in drafting documents including the location agreement and operation agreement.
