The Governing Board is comprised of 11 members, including the Chairperson, and is tasked with providing strategic direction and oversight of the Centre's operations. It also approves the Centre's medium- and long-term plans. The Board convenes annually to review the Centre's annual report and approve the work plan for the upcoming year.
