ZHANG Huafeng earned his Ph.D. degree in Education from the Institute of Education, Tsinghua University. Now he works as an associate professor at the Research Institute for International and Comparative Education, Shanghai Normal University, also a researcher at the Teacher Educational Centre under the Auspices of UNESCO. His research focuses on the Chinese learner, college student learning and career development, teacher learning and professional development, and educational assessment.
