LI Tingzhou is a Research Fellow at the International Centre for Teacher Education (UNESCO Teacher Education Centre) of Shanghai Normal University and Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Educational Leadership Association. He engages in academic research, policy advisory research, and teaching in the field of education policy, with a focus on teacher policy. He serves as a reviewer for more than ten domestic and international academic journals, and over ten of his research outcomes have won research achievement awards. In 2021, he was awarded the title of Shuguang Scholar of Shanghai.
