TEC Holds Alumni Forum for the University's 70th Anniversary

In golden October, with the fragrance of osmanthus filling the air, the teacher's ethics have been passed down for 70 years, and the glorious chapter of cultivating virtue and educating people continues. On the afternoon of October 13, the Research Institute for International and Comparative Education (RIICE) ,TEC held an alumni exchange forum to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Shanghai Normal University. Over 20 graduates, supervisor representatives, and current students of the Research Institute attended the forum, which was chaired by Associate Professor Song Jia, Secretary of the Party Branch.



At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Wang Jie, Vice Dean of the Research Institute, warmly welcomed the alumni and introduced the current development of the Research Institute. Subsequently, the attending supervisor representatives spoke in turn, sharing their stories with Shanghai Normal University, and the atmosphere at the event was relaxed and lively.







In the alumni sharing session, alumni recalled their school days at Shanghai Normal University and the Research Institute, expressing their miss and gratitude to their alma mater and supervisors, the joy of returning home again, and pride in the Research Institute's outstanding development achievements. Meanwhile, the alumni unreservedly shared their career experiences and life insights after graduation, and answered questions and concerns raised by current students. Finally, Vice Dean Yan Wenle of the Research Institute summarized the forum and encouraged alumni to join hands with the Research Institute for common development.
